The 12-month warranty covers all types of defects encountered under normal usage, the same as a warranty for a new device.
What does the 12-month warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, theft, or loss of the device. If you want to be extra secure, we can discuss adding an extended warranty option.
How do I claim the warranty?
Directly on our website, you can raise a claim with all the details. In case of a defect, we will take care of picking it up, fixing or replacing it, and sending it right back to you.
